Birthday party for 13 going on 14...is this a good idea?

I want to have my birthday party soon, in the next few weeks, and I have NO ideas. Well, just a few, but the idea depends on who I invite. My first thought is to invite just my close best friend and go hiking at this nature place near me. Or do the same thing and invite four girls. I just don't know how a few of them would deal with the hiking part. My other idea is to go bowling with the same girls, but I really don't want my parents around them because they like to cuss and, I really don't want them there. What do you think, our yard wll be torn up, just so you know. Any ideas, that are clean, will be accepted. Thx
