Rapid heartbeat in morning, anemia?

For the past couple of days Ive been waking up with an increase heart rate that gets faster by minor things like stretching or climbing 1 flight of stairs. I had blood work done 4 weeks ago and wbc rbc and platelet counts were all normal. Other small symptoms that ive had is the swelling of a lymph node on the back of my neck ( for the past year) which the doctor tells me is normal as she said it would usually swell whenever i have a cut or bite in that are ( currently have a cold sore so that might be the reason) . Also noticed 2 small bruises , 1 on forearn and one on leg that i dont remember hitting, no new bruises in the past week. Had a random nosebleed a month ago and took a nasal spray for 2 weeks and havent had one since. One more thing i noticed are small pinprick dots which i think are petechaie that seem permanent but are spread over my arms ( mabye 3 on each arm) one or two on my hands and one on my chest so i wouldnt say more than 15 of them. Started new medications last month which are cipralex for anxiety, singulair for allergies and xanax to help with the anxiety until the cipralex start to work.
