What should I do , I feel so guilty .?

today , I got in trouble & had to delete my facebook . my reputation is ruined , & it was really bad . my dad is shocked & I feel so guilty . my friend just left and now there's no one to talk to , im just in my room alone b/c it's going to be awkward now , everything won't be the same around the house . when we see eachother around the house it will be very awkward & I will start crying because I dont wanna think about it :( please help me , what should I do to stop this guilt ? & I'm going to pray .
