Does this mean I am in love with him.?

Okay so im 15 and in september 2010 I went out with this guy for two months. He was so sweet he called me everynight until we fell asleep there was only like two days in those two months that we didnt talk. We are both virgins nd I told him I wanted to wait til marriage and he said he was ok with that. We broke up cuz he said he didnt really see us being together anymore. And 3 days later he called me and told me that he regrets breaking up with me and that night he even sang the song one wish by ray j to me. So we kept talking but then 3 weeks later he stoped talking to me out of no where when we were having a normal conversation. I think its cuz I got my lip pierced nd he doesnt like piercings. And we havent talked ever since. But that week we were in class and his friend said out loud aww jesses still in love and I looked up and he was juss blushing. But we havent talked and ever since that day i would cry every night for like the longest time ever and I still cry like once a week and its been 10 months. I juss want to be with him again. I ask god to bring him back to me everytime I pray. I miss him so much. Could it be that I am in love with him. I havent gone out with any body since and he hasnt either and every day when Im lookin around the class i make eye contact with him but I look away quickly cuz its weird.
