Step-Son out of control,drugs?

My stepson is getting to the point of distruction. He has been taking Roxys for 4 years, Now he has added Xanax bars to his addiction. He has at times taken 15 2mg bars, and 7 to 10 Roxys a day. I am sick of it, he steals and lies all the time, is down right mean to girl friend and at times me. I have pictures of him at the table sound asleep face in cereal bowl. He thinks it is funny.
