Should I go back to the doctor's?

I went to the Doctor's on Wednesday morning because of "down there" bad yellowish discharge that had a horrid smell, so she just looked 'down there' and assumed it was a yeast infection. So she gave me this one pill and it clears up the infection in about 2 days. Wll, it's been 3 days and i havent seen any improvements. Should i go back to the doctor's?
