Will Xanax show up on an at home drug test?

I tried about 1/3 of a xanax bar about 4 days before I got an at home drug test. I failed the test because of marijuana, but my dad is sending the urine to a lab to be examined precisely.. Will that small amout of xanax be recognized? Thanks :)
