He said i like you after i lied to him?

i like a guy that i met him online,,,we used to talk from time to time...i lied to him when he asked whether am single or nt. I told him i ve best bf ever. he told me to be his gf. i refused saying that i cant cheat on my BF. anyway i know i put myself in stupid situation. after awhile, i lied again i told that online guy that i broke up with my bf...so we bceome closer that we used b4.. i dont feel comfortable ...what this online guy think of me.? maybe he wll say that am mean play gurl ? bc i break up with my bf? or this is normal and i can keep on with him..pls help
