I got semi permanent hair color in my eye. Wll i go blind?

I was getting a semi permanent rinse in my hair and I got color in my eye. I followed the instructions as far as washing my eye out, but I know that some chemicals are harsh and color. On top of that, it said on the bottle 'might cause blindness'.
