I took .25mg of xanax on Friday and had a drug test this morning. Do you think it will show up?

I took .25mg of xanax on Friday and had a drug test this morning. (Wednesday) Do you think it will show up? I also bought an at home drug test that test for benzos and took it on Monday and everything came back negative. Is it going to show up in my drug test? Please help! Thank you!!
