Is there a way a human can have superpowers?!!?

So i saw captin america(yess before it came out connections;)) and i was talking to my dad about superpowers he said" tue only way a man can get powers is by being a giid man and praying.. Alot!! abd you cant have any bad thought or never do anything even the slightest wrong!! Then god would trust you and give you powers to help his children ..but i dont see this happening to anyone because of how corrupt this world has become*tear drop*" do you think i can do it?? What are your thoughts!??
