Combine your ab workouts with cardio workouts. Try to run a couple of miles outside or on a treadmill. Ab workouts won't do a whole lot if you're not burning off the excess around your belly (not saying you're fat but if you're not playing sports there is probably some areas to trim down). Crunches and sit-ups are always the best, just keep working hard you'll get there!
