Took trazadone and slept 3 hours, what should I do to get me back to sleep?

I took half of a trazadone 3 hours ago for sleep. I woke back up at 6:30 and now it's 6:57 and I can't get back to sleep. I can either take another half trazadone or just some xanax, help I need more sleep!!
