How to get over him. Help plz :(?

Im 15 Its been ten months since we broke up. And I still cry over it atleast once a week. I keep playing the song he sang to me 3 days after we broke up (one wish by ray j). There was a guy that was really cute and nice that asked me if I wanted to go out with him but I said no because I kept thinkin about my ex (but I didnt tell him that). When I go to the mall guys look at me and when I was going out with my ex he would tell me how all his friends thought I was pretty. So I could find a new guy but every time I start talking to one I think about my ex and how much I miss him. My ex hasnt gone out with any girls. And every time I pray I ask god to bring him back into my life. How could I get over my ex.? I feel so sad, I miss him. :'(
