I used veet hair removal strip to remove black head on nose and :(?

hi, i had heavy black heads on my nose and i got so irratated yesterday that i took veet hair removal strip and put it on my nose and stripped it for 3 times. after that black heads were almost gone but i am left with very red rashes on my nose and left and right part of my chin under my nose. its very red and if i touch them it hell hurts. how long wll it take to go?
