Spend money or save it?

wll i have 300 dollars that i got from my babysitting job of one week .. i lost the job.. but know idk what to do i wanted to buy an iphone 4 but at the same time save it for back to school cloths shopping i get 10 shirts and 10 pair of pant from my mom but i want more so thats y im asking if i shoul save it or get the iphone 4 sorry for the bad grammer kinda in a hurry here
