Is my husband on drugs?

Ok well i would say yes I have recently caught him doing adarol which is a pill given to kids for add. I have also caught him lying about doing xanax which is a pill for anxiety and now he is smoking this stuff called insence that is legal but gets you high and im sure cant be good for you but he does not see the problem he says he only does the pills sometimes but he smokes that stuff called insence every hour or so I dont know what to do except take are child and leave because he does not see a problem with what he is doing its all legal he says? I would just like some other opinions on this.
